Place the nuts evenly in a microwave safe plate & microwave on High for 6 -7
minutes.
Stir in-between so that it turns pink evenly. once its done keep it aside for it to
cool.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl & microwave on low
for about 8 - 9 minutes.
Stir in-between (say every 3 minutes).
As soon as the chocolate starts losing shape, continue microwaving for a little
longer until it melts, stirring after every minute.
Keep the chocolate mixture aside for it to cool.
Add the Nuts to the Chocolate mixture & coat it evenly.
Put the pieces of coated nuts on a plate lined with a grease-proof paper.
Refrigerate it for 3 hours & your fav. choconut rock will be ready.

500 gms full cashews & small almonds
500 gms plain chocolate
150 gms milk chocolate
